The Lodge Road project is the A-frame dreams are made of. When I came across this charming property on Watts Bar Lake in Spring City, Tennessee, I knew it had potential—even though I bought it sight unseen! Nick and I spent several months tackling this remodel from Texas, taking this diamond in the rough and transforming it into a serene retreat.
The home’s unique A-frame structure gave us a great starting point. Inside, we elevated the design with natural wood tones, bold windows, and modern elements that enhance the lake views. The living space features a cozy stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings with warm wood paneling, and comfortable furnishings that make it feel like home. The kitchen, with its patterned backsplash and rich green cabinetry, is a standout, adding personality and charm.
The outdoor spaces are just as inviting, featuring a large deck that overlooks the lake, complete with a fire pit and lounge seating, perfect for entertaining or relaxing. We’re so proud of this transformation and are grateful to call this a little slice of Tennessee paradise.
