Friday Favorite: Casual Outfits to Survive the Holidays

I love this time of year as if I haven’t mentioned that a million times already! It is a super busy time of year for all of us and who has time to think about what outfit they are going to wear! For this Friday Favorite, I wanted to share three of my go-to outfits to get you through the Holidays. These casual outfits will keep you comfy and stylish while you spend all the extra time with your loved ones.

Keep it Active:

The Holiday season is the busiest time of year for me. Typically, that means my fitness routine gets pushed to the waste side but this year I am keeping it a priority! What makes working out easier? Looking good while you do it, of course! Whether you are running in that early morning 5k or just strolling around the block, you will go mad for this army print sports bra paired with olive cropped pants. This outfit will have you looking super cute and on trend. Remember I told you the olive trend was not going anywhere; that includes fashion!

Honestly, my favorite style is athleisure; if you follow me on IG you already know that! When you are out battling the holiday crowds, you want a look that is easy and practical that also says “I didn’t just roll out of bed.” I am OBSESSED with Spanx leggings! They hold everything right where it should be! This time of year Houston can be freezing then thirty minutes later hot as hell so layering is a must. A vest is the perfect addition to any wardrobe and is also versatile for whatever the weather is throwing at me. For cold weather pair with a super cozy sweater or warmer temps pair it with a basic tee. Plus a vest keeps those arms mobile for all that shopping!

Let’s face it, once that big holiday meal is consumed, we all NEED elastic hemlines. This outfit is so soft the only thing missing is a snuggly throw. I know sets are all the rage, but if you can’t quite pull it off, opt to wear them separately. I paired the pants with a basic tee for a little fam time at the park with this lace bra we can’t get enough of. It is perfect to wear when your guests stay for the game long after dinner has been served.
