Meet Melissa Roberts – Timeless, Approachable Interior Design

Welcome to My World!

Hi there, I’m Melissa! Thanks so much for stopping by my site.

I created this space to give you an inside look at my work as an interior designer, as well as a glimpse into my personal life and style.

As an interior designer, I absolutely love transforming lackluster spaces into warm, inviting dream homes for wonderful families. And in my personal life, I’m all about enjoying quality time with my family and friends.

On this site, you’ll get a blend of both my design career and personal life. From stunning home transformations to family adventures and my passion for fashion.

My goal is to inspire you to create a home and life you genuinely love. A space where you feel happy, relaxed, and right at home.

A Bit About Me

Faith, family, and joy are at the center of my world.

My husband and I worked hard to build a marriage filled with laughter and adventure. And our son, Maddox, brings us more happiness than I could’ve imagined.

I love laidback weekends with my family, cheering on my son’s baseball team, cozy dinners, and dance parties in the kitchen!

And I can’t resist a good piece of chocolate, a glass of wine, or a carb-filled meal (balance, right?).

Growing up, I was a softball player and cheerleader. And I’ve always made friends across any group—I just love connecting with new people!

I have a passion for interior design, fashion, and bringing beauty into everyday life. Though I’m much more of a “dress up at home” kind of girl than a glam fashionista!

How Interior Design Became My Calling

I have always known I wanted to be a designer. My family’s flooring business first sparked my interest. And I was hugely inspired by my aunt, an incredibly talented Houston designer.

I started out as a nurse—first in the ER, then school nursing. I enjoyed helping people but felt unfulfilled. I wanted to pursue my lifelong dream of interior design.

So I decided to take a leap of faith! I researched and taught myself about the design industry. And I soaked up every bit of wisdom from experienced family members.

Now I get to help amazing families create homes they genuinely love. Homes perfectly tailored to their lifestyle, needs, and style.

Want to learn more? Reach out anytime! I’d love to meet up over coffee (or wine) and chat. Let’s see how I can help transform your home and life!
